What are macronutrients?

Macronutrients consist of the three nutrients we need in the largest amounts to provide our body with a sufficient amount of energy. The three macronutrients are proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Your total daily number of calories will be broken down into these three nutrients.

What does the calculator tell me?

Upon filling out the boxes as accurately as possible this free calculator will provide you with the number of calories you need to consume every day along with the amount of protein, fat, and carbohydrate (in grams) to support your given goal.
The calculator has been programmed to give you the optimal amount of protein-based on your individual requirements – hence why you must fill out all the boxes as accurately as possible.

Important notice

The calculations you get given are only an estimation of your macronutrients. Using generic formulas can leave a fair margin for inaccuracy. Only use your calculations as a starting point but be aware you may have under or overestimated your daily caloric requirements.
My suggestions would be to stick to your calorie and macronutrient target for at least six weeks, monitor your weight, and most importantly your body composition as this will provide you with more accurate feedback based on your calories and allow you to make any adjustments if necessary.
